HOW TO USE OMEGA PROBIOTIC FIBER
Suggested use: Adults: Begin with one heaping tablespoon (approx. 7g.) . in a half hour before every meal, with a least 8 oz. of liquid. Increase gradually up to three (30) times daily over a period of two (2) weeks. allowing the body time to adjust to an increased intake of fiber without discomfort.
Children: (6-12 years) Half the adult dose. Children under 6 years of age: consult with a physician before use.
